SAL006 - Butlih Salawati - Conversational questionnaire (Dialogue A, 'We're going fishing')

This dataset contains a dialogue elicited using the Conversational Questionnaire method (François 2019, 'A proposal for conversational questionnaires') for Butlih Salawati with Siti Hariani Klasin (born 1983), a native speaker of Butlih Salawati. The dialogue was Dialogue A ('We're going fishing'). The session was recorded on 2 December 2019, in Kalobo village (Salawati island, Raja Ampat regency, Southwest Papua province, Indonesia). An Elan file (eaf) with annotations is additionally included. This dataset relates to the British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship 'Synchronic and diachronic investigations in Raja Ampat-South Halmahera, a little-known subbranch of Austronesian' (PF19\100004); additional fieldwork funds were provided by a British Academy Small Grant (SG1920\100342).
