资源简介:
This dataset presents clinical data from a retrospective cohort study of 128 patients with histologically confirmed granuloma annulare (GA), diagnosed between 2019 and 2023 at a single Asian center. It compares outcomes between localized (LGA) and generalized (GGA) subtypes.
Included data covers demographics, histology, comorbidities, treatments, and follow-up outcomes. Key findings include:
• Overall clearance: 89.4% (LGA) vs 16.7% (GGA, P<0.001)
• Treated LGA achieved high clearance rates; treated GGA had 0% clearance
• Spontaneous resolution: 88.5% (LGA) vs 60.0% (GGA)
• Diabetes prevalence: 16.7% (GGA) vs 3.8% (LGA, P=0.038)
• Recurrence: 55.6% (GGA) vs 26.9% (LGA)
This data supports subtype-specific management and enables reproducible research on GA in an Asian population.
