Whole-genome sequencing of clinically isolated CRKP isolates

This project provides whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data for a collection of clinical carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) isolates. The data were generated to characterize genomic backgrounds of CRKP, including antimicrobial resistance and virulence-related loci, and to enable comparative analyses exploring genomic features that may correlate with heterogeneous in vitro responses to combination regimens involving carbapenems and adjunctive agents. Raw sequence reads are deposited for community access and reuse. All records are de-identified and do not include patient-level information.
