Local building code “City of Gifhorn — Southeast — Gifhorn South I”

By means of the design statutes (local building regulation — for short ÖBV — pursuant to § 84(3) NBauO) certain urban, structural or ecological intentions for a part of the municipal area are realised. This positive design care can refer to special requirements for the design of buildings, advertising systems, enclosures as well as non-constructible areas such as front gardens. Ecological regulations for the greening of buildings or the leaching of precipitation water are also possible.依据《建筑法典》（NBauO）第84条第3款制定的设计法规（当地建筑条例，简称ÖBV），可在辖区部分区域落地特定的城市营造、空间结构或生态层面的规划意图。此类正向设计管控范畴，可涵盖建筑、广告设施、围挡的设计特殊要求，以及前花园等不可建设区域的相关规范；此外还可纳入建筑绿化或降水渗滤方面的生态管控条款。
