PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibody medicines useful for the treatment of multiple myeloma. SOLUTION: The present invention provides isolated human monoclonal antibodies which bind to CD38 antibodies expressed in large quantities on the surface of a human blood cell， particularly a malignant phenotype cell such as multiple myeloma， and related antibody-based compositions and molecules. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the human antibodies， and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using the human antibodies. SELECTED DRAWING: None
