Growing evidence emphasized the important role of bone marrow lesions (BMLs) on onset and progression of OA. While the gene signatures and cellular microenvironment of BMLs in knee osteoarthritis (KOA) remain elusive. This study aimed to gain a further understanding of transcriptional mechanisms and cellular composition in KOA BML(n=3) in comparison to non-BML(n=3, BML paired) and normal bone (n=3) by RNA sequencing.
