Whole genome sequence data of Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Typhimurium var. monophasic strains from Poland

Set of sequences of monophasic Salmonella Typhimurium isolated from different animal species and the environment in Poland. The sequences were used for WGS source attribution modeling in the DISCOVER project.
