Swedish Land Cover Data 2000
收藏资源简介:
Swedish Land Cover Data (SMD) reports vegetation and land use with a breakdown based on the EU classification system for CORINE Land Cover; landscaped areas, agricultural land, forests and natural lands, wetlands and water. The database lists 58 classes, the minimum mapping unit is 1, 2, 5 or 25 ha depending on class. The classes are the result of user needs, EU requirements and what was technically and economically feasible to map. SMD is available as three different products: SMD, pixel. The product has a resolution of 25*25 meters where the classes mapped by rating satellite information may have that resolution. Classes visually interpreted by the operator have the minimum mapping unit for the current class, while the classes taken from other material have a resolution that depends on the starting material. • SMD, breaks. The product is in raster format and the input surfaces are automatically generalised to the smallest mapping unit (1, 2, 5 or 25 hectares). Different classes have different minimum mapping units, see Annex 1 for detailed description. In generalisation, the rules specified for the work of CORINE Land Cover • SMD, vector. The product is a vectorisation of “Market Cover Data, raster”. The vectorisation is made so that the vectors follow the break exactly.
