Elymus libanoticus isolate:PI 228392 Genome sequencing and assembly

In view of the importance of the St genome in Triticeae and the excellent traits of the Pseudoroegneria species, the diploid wild species Pse. libanotica with the St genome were performed whole-genome sequencing and conducted for drought resistance candidate genes development. The chromosome-scale reference genome of St genome provided in this study will provides basic data for resource utilization of wild relatives of wheat, systematic research and evolution of Triticeae.
