Genotyping-by-sequencing reads from Phylloscopus trochiloides and Phylloscopus [t.] plumbeitarsus

Genotyping-by-sequencing of a set of individual Greenish Warblers (members of the Phylloscopus trochiloides species complex). This group of birds forms a ring species, where two terminal forms in west and east Siberia are connected by a long chain of intergrading populations to the south. This set of samples includes many from the contact zone in central Siberia, many from the genomic transition zone in the southwestern part of the ring, and several from the eastern side of the ring.
