Raw and source data for "Ataxia-Telangiectasia Mutated Inhibition Enhances Adeno-Associated Virus-Mediated Knock-in Efficiency in Pig Zygotes"

This dataset contains the raw and source data underlying the figures and supplementary figures in the manuscript. GraphPad Prism files (.pzfx) contain the numerical data tables and graph settings used to generate the corresponding figure panels. Raw image data are included in the corresponding compressed files, including files for Fig. 4 double knock-in blastocyst analysis and Fig. 5 FISH analysis. Large image datasets were divided into multiple ZIP files to facilitate upload.
