The glacier of Tete Rousse, French Alpes is sadly famous for its death toll due to an outburst flood that occurred in 1892. Since 2010, geophysicists and glaciologists are monitoring the glacier as a large amount of liquid water in a cavity at the center of the glacier has been found. The water was pumped several times since then and the shape and location of the cavity have evolved.To better constrain the location of the cavity, a seismic acquisition was performed between the 4th and the 22nd of May 2022. 60 SmartSolo ® 3C seismic nodes were deployed in a regular grid of 30x25m.The sampling frequencies were 500 Hz, and 1000 Hz depending on the sensors’ locations.the provided dataset is composed of the daily recordings in miniseed format for each component (N,E,Z) and for each sensor between the 4th and the 22nd of May 2022. We also provide a table with the basic information required for each sensor (latitude, longitude, altitude, gain, sampling frequency etc.). 法国阿尔卑斯山脉的特特鲁斯冰川(Tête Rousse)因1892年爆发的溃决洪水造成惨重人员伤亡而声名狼藉。自2010年起,地球物理学家与冰川学家持续对该冰川开展监测——此前研究团队在冰川中心的空腔内发现了大量液态水。此后该区域的水体曾多次被抽排,空腔的形态与位置也随之发生演变。 为更精准地约束该冰下空腔的位置,研究团队于2022年5月4日至22日开展了地震采集工作:共部署60台SmartSolo®三分量(3C)地震节点,布设为30×25米的规则网格。采样频率分为500 Hz与1000 Hz两种,具体取值取决于传感器的布设位置。 本次提供的数据集包含2022年5月4日至22日期间,每台传感器的三分量(北N、东E、垂向Z)每日录制的miniseed格式(miniseed)原始数据。此外还附带一份表格,收录了每台传感器的基础信息,包括纬度、经度、海拔、增益、采样频率等参数。 本数据集采用CC-BY 4.0许可协议发布,但引用该数据集时,请务必援引2023年发表的手稿论文:《Subglacial cavity detection by spectral analysis from ambient seismic noise: First results on Tête Rousse glacier (Mont Blanc, France)》(Manuscript),作者为Guillemot A.、Bontemps N.、Teodor D.、Larose E.、Faller S.、Baillet L.及Garambois S.
