Graft Explant Images _PorcineModel

This dataset contains two folders that respectively provide representative histological images and extracellular matrix (ECM) imaging data from different regions of coaxially electrospun vascular grafts explanted from a porcine arteriovenous model. The histological folder includes images acquired using hematoxylin and eosin and Trichrome staining to assess tissue morphology and collagen deposition. The ECM imaging folder contains multiphoton microscopy data obtained using a combined second-harmonic generation and two-photon excitation fluorescence modality, enabling label-free visualization of collagen architecture and matrix organization within the regenerated graft tissue.
