EpiSC were perturbed for 24h or 36h with Retinoic acid and 10 distinct small molecule compounds, mouse embryonic fibroblasts conditioned media (CM) or control basal media (Mock) Mouse EpiSC were perturbed for 24h or 36h with Retinoic acid and for 24h or 36h with 10 different small molecule compounds, mouse embryonic fibroblasts conditioned media (CM) or basal media (Mock). Total RNA was biotinylated and hibridized to mouseWG-6 v2 BeadArrays (Illumina). Slides were scanned using an iScan (Illumina, SY-101-1001). Data were pre-processed by variance stabilization and robust spline normalization implemented in the lumi package for the R-System (PMID: 18467348).
