Human platelets treated in vitro with cangrelor and metabolic inhibitors (CORM-A1 or 3PO) – raw metabolomic and eicosanoid data

The dataset contains targeted LC-MS/MS measurements of intraplatelet metabolic intermediates and eicosanoids obtained from human washed platelets treated in vitro with cangrelor alone or in combination with metabolic inhibitors (CORM-A1 or 3PO). The data were collected to investigate the impact of energy metabolism modulation on platelet bioenergetic and eicosanoid production.
