Hybrid Monkeypox Skin Dataset(MMSD)

The latest outbreak of monkeypox has become a serious concern for healthcare professionals worldwide, highlighting the urgent need for early and accurate diagnosis to curb its rapid progression. To address this challenge, we have developed a new Hybrid Monkeypox Skin Dataset (HMSD) skin image-based dataset for the detection of monkeypox disease, which comprises two classes: Monkeypox and Other. Raw data 1428 Monkey Pox and 1764 NonMonkey and CGAN Augmented data has 4000 Monkey Pox and 4000 NonMonkey Pox Images. All images were collected from reputable internet-based health websites, and the dataset has been compiled by Md Abbas Mahmud Suzon, Md Shofiqul Islam, and Md Habibur Rahman, with contributions from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Islamic University, Kushtia 7003, Bangladesh, and the Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation (IISRI), Deakin University, Geelong, Australia.当前最新一轮猴痘暴发已成为全球医护人员高度关注的严峻公共卫生议题，凸显了通过早期精准诊断遏制其快速蔓延的迫切需求。为应对这一挑战，我们构建了一款全新的混合猴痘皮肤数据集（Hybrid Monkeypox Skin Dataset, HMSD），该数据集基于皮肤皮损图像用于猴痘疾病检测，共划分有两个类别：猴痘与非猴痘。原始数据集包含1428张猴痘皮损图像与1764张非猴痘皮损图像；经CGAN增强后的数据集则包含4000张猴痘皮损图像与4000张非猴痘皮损图像。所有图像均采集自权威互联网健康平台，本数据集由Md Abbas Mahmud Suzon、Md Shofiqul Islam与Md Habibur Rahman编制完成，其相关工作得到了孟加拉国库什蒂亚伊斯兰大学（邮编：7003）计算机科学与工程系，以及澳大利亚吉朗迪肯大学智能系统研究与创新研究所（Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation, IISRI）的支持。
