Transcriptome profiling of Lactarius symbioses

We aimed to characterize the symbiotic transcriptome of several Lactarius species (Russulales) having a contrasted range of host-specificity and the dynamic of the transcriptome during the ectomycorrhizae (EcM) formation.This project aims to brings new insights into species-specific regulation and host-specificity in the Lactarius genus and into EcM symbiotic biology in general.
