Sound velocity, temperature, and salinity profiles from CTD and velocimeter casts by the NOAA Ship THOMAS JEFFERSON in the NW Atlantic from 04 October 2006 to 05 November 2007 (NODC Accession 0036669)

Physical oceanographic data were collected from the NOAA Ship THOMAS JEFFERSON in the NW Atlantic from 04 October 2006 to 05 November 2007. Data were collected from CTD and sound velocimeter casts. Temperature and salinity profiles were collected from the CTD casts. Sound velocity profiles were collected from the sound velocimeter casts. Data are self documenting and are in plain ASCII text.本数据集的物理海洋学数据采集于2006年10月4日至2007年11月5日，采集区域为西北大西洋（Northwest Atlantic），搭载平台为美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration，NOAA）托马斯·杰斐逊号科考船。数据通过温盐深仪（Conductivity, Temperature, Depth, CTD）与声速仪（sound velocimeter）的测量站位获取：其中温盐深仪测量站位获取了温度与盐度剖面数据，声速仪测量站位获取了声速剖面数据。本数据集自带说明文档，存储格式为纯ASCII文本。
