Supplemental Table S4

Table of transcripts assembled from 2 and 25 m depth using Trinity. The first tab ("trinotate_annotation_report") contains annotations of each transcript produced by the Trinotate annotation pipeline. "DEseq Gene" contains the significance values produced by DEseq2 per-transcript. The next two tabs ("2m_p0.05", "25m_p0.05") contain a limited set of transcripts with significant (FDR corrected) p-values. The next three tabs contain transcripts positively identified by Trinotate as appearing from Gamma and Deltaproteobacteria, and finally Chlorophyta (<i>Picocystis</i>)
