Raw data for the submitted manuscript: Automated Quantification of Enchytraeus crypticus Juveniles in Different Soil Types Using RootPainter

This study used RootPainter to automatically quantify Enchytraeus crypticus juveniles in soil toxicity tests. Toxicity tests were performed in four different soils following OECD guideline 222. After 21 days, enchytraeids were extracted from the soil and each sample was divided into six sections which were subsequently photographed. The number of juveniles were counted manually and by training a model in RootPainter. File 1: Model and manual counts This file contains the manual and automatic counts for each individual section of a sample. File 2: Enchytraeid toxicity data This file contains the manual and automatic counts for each sample.
