Analysis of the transcriptome change of tumours of MMTV-PyMT mice with or without miR-9 knockout. MiR-9 regulates various transcripts and signaling pathways. Results provide insight into the role of miR-9-involved mechanisms underlying miR-9-mediated effects on breast cancer progression. Overall design: MRNA profiles of tumours of MMTV-PyMT mice with or without miR-9 knockout were generated by deep sequencing, in two repeats, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
