Data to the paper "Bacterial habitat type drives community composition across a tropical river network"

asv_all is the ASV table containing all raw reads form all sites as produced by the DADA2 pipeline. The following sites were excluded from the analysis as they were situated in another sub-catchment (Talek River) which due to heavy rain events was not sampled as planned: "b28", "b29", "b30", "p28", "p29", "p30";
