This data indicates the growth change of dinoflagellate Karenia brevis after the addition of altered bacterial communities exposed to crude oil and light. To investigate the effect of bacterial communities on the initiation phytoplankton bloom in oil-polluted environments, (i) we exposed bacterial communities to crude oil (200 ppm) and light, (ii) inoculated these altered bacterial communities into dinoflagellate K. brevis, (iii) and then measured the growth change of K. brevis and bacterial density. This experiment was conducted in the laboratory and data was collected from October, 2016 to February, 2017.
本数据集记录了向甲藻短凯伦藻(Karenia brevis)体系接入经原油与光照处理的细菌群落后,其生长变化情况。为探究细菌群落对石油污染环境中浮游植物藻华引发过程的影响,本实验开展如下操作:(i) 将细菌群落暴露于浓度为200 ppm的原油与光照环境中;(ii) 将上述经处理的细菌群落接种至短凯伦藻体系内;(iii) 随后监测短凯伦藻的生长变化与细菌密度。本实验于实验室环境开展,数据采集时间为2016年10月至2017年2月。
