Fudan: DrDHCR24 level 0 sequencing file

This part is for one of our collections-Grape Yeast. It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al. 2025). DrDHCR24, together with DrDHCR7 (BBa_25RCU5CB) , can redirect the lipid metabolic pathway, enabling the substitution of ergosterol with cholesterol on the Grape Yeast cell membrane surface.
