Elucidation of the effect of incorporation of ribosemes on cellular stemness

Artificial incorplration of ribosome into fibroblast results cell cluster formation. The expression pattern of the cell clusters were heterogeneous and some cells indicate pluripotent marker expression. In this study, wel analyze the diversity of cell clusters consisting cells by single-cell expression analysis. It will be elucidated the cellular dynamics in stem cell niche emvironment.
