Microbial communities in antimony mine pioneer plant rhizosphere

This dataset includes soil samples from the rhizosphere of the pioneering plant Miscanthus spp. collected in a tin mining tailings area. It features amplicon sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, cbbL, aioA, and nifH genes, focusing on both soil microorganisms and the endophytic microorganisms within the plant roots. The aim is to characterize the microbial diversity and functional potential of these communities in an environment impacted by mining activities.
