Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): DDT 70- Perimeter of PPRI n°20170002 of the Ognon Basse Vallee

This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRN. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following: — prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological); — scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied. Following the Interprefectoral Order DSC/SIDPC/R/2002 n°127 of 19 December 2002 for the perimeter of PPRI n°20170002 of the Ognon Basse Vallée.本数据集收录了PPRN在不同发展阶段的边界范围。此类边界的共性特征为：均由官方行为确立，并自指定日期起生效，具体涵盖以下三类： —— 自然或技术类PPR指令文书所载明的法定范围； —— 与获批RPP规制范围相对应的风险暴露范围，该获批边界属于公共役权范畴（PPRN对应PM1，PPRT对应PM3）； —— 对应风险研究覆盖范围的研究范畴。 本数据集依据2002年12月19日发布的第DSC/SIDPC/R/2002 n°127号跨专区行政令，针对奥农低谷（Ognon Basse Vallée）编号为20170002的PPRI边界范围进行收录。
