ERK inhibitor, ulixertinib induces transcriptomic changes in NGP cells

To investigate the effect of ERK inhibitor, ulixertinib, on NB cell proliferation and delineate the mechanisms of ulixertinib-mediated ERK pathway inhibition in NB. We treated human neuroblastoma cell line, NGP with ulixertinib and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. We compared the transcriptomic change between ulixertinib-treated groups and the control groups. Differential gene expression (DGE) analysis of RNA-Seq was conducted with the R statistical package DESeq2 (v1.28.1). We performed gene set analysis on DGEs by over-representation test on the ConsensusPathDB web-portal. Genes detected in our experiments are selected on the background list.
