Uniprot IDs for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

Data relating to the thesis: Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island <br> These are the Uniprot IDs used to construct each of the HMMs for carbon monoxide oxidation described in this thesis. <br> Note that in the thesis each of these were concatonated as it was not possible to construct HMMs that distinguished between variants (cdhA1 vs. cdhA2). <br> Therefore all the cdhA protein ids used can be generated by concatonating these files (cdhA1 + cdhA2 + cdhA3 = cdhA) <br> <br>
