This dataset contains intermediate data used during the analysis in Michielsen et al., "Spatial isoform sequencing at sub-micrometer single-cell resolution reveals novel patterns of spatial isoform variability in brain cell types". This dataset contains: extended annotations containing novel isoforms; barcode whitelists and respecitve barcode annotations; intermediate TSV files with read assignment informaiton (so-called allinfo files); tissue staining data.
