A High-Confidence Catalog of Binary Star Clusters from Gaia DR3
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents a catalog of binary star cluster candidates identified and characterized using Gaia DR3 data. The catalog provides comprehensive astrometric, photometric, and dynamical parameters for the identified pairs. The dataset consists of three CSV files: 1. **Physical_Assessment_159_Candidates.csv** The complete catalog of 159 binary star cluster candidates (318 individual clusters). This table includes fundamental parameters (RA, Dec, parallax, proper motion, radial velocity) and derived physical properties (logAge, [Fe/H], distance modulus, mass, structural parameters r50 and rt). It also contains dynamical assessment results such as physical separation, relative velocity, escape velocity, and bound status flags. 2. **Physical_parameters_83_candidates.csv** A refined high-confidence subset of 83 binary cluster pairs (166 individual clusters). These candidates have been selected based on strict physical and dynamical stability criteria, representing the most reliable binary systems in the sample. 3. **cross_match_result_palma.csv** Cross-match results with the Palma catalog, containing 46 matched clusters. This file provides a comparison of parameters to validate the identified candidates against previously known clusters. Key variables included:- Astrometry: ra, dec, parallax, pmra, pmdec- Physics: logAge, Fe/H, m-M, mass, A_V - Dynamics: separation_pc, v_rel, v_esc, Tidal Factor- Structure: r50, rt
