Performance of customized and universal probe sets in target enrichment in the subtribe Malinae (Rosaceae)

Performance of custom Malinae-specific Hyb-Seq probes was compared to enrichment with the general Angiosperms353 probe set. Custom probes had a higher total number of parsimony informative sites, less missing data, and a substantially higher target enrichment efficiency.
