CHALLENGES OF EFFECTIVE OBJECTIVES CONSTITUTIONAL: SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND APPEARANCE OF WEALTH

This study intends to investigate the evolution of the capitalist system in Brazil, aspart of its Federal Constitutions, considering the changes that have occurred in thefield of labor guarantees. For that we will make a brief historical analysis of theformation of the capitalist system, in order to highlight the way in which arose thecurrent model of capitalism. Still have to analyze the consequences andrepercussions brought about by the financial crisis that occurred in 2008 that extendsto the present day, so check what is the impact in the field of economic activities andworkers in general. Aiming to meet demand social, economic and legal questionsabout coping with the crisis of appreciation of human labor, the achievement of the objectives of the Republic and the execution of the will get the constitutional will undertake the causal factors of the appearance of wealth in the current context capitalism and economic liberalism in the face of the welfare state. Will be analyzed for both the capitalist mode of production, its historical evolution and transformation,economic liberalism and the defense of capitalism in Brazilian Constitutions.
