WMS INSPIRE BPL glue cutter (3 rd amendment and extension)

WMS service of the development plan “Leimen-Äcker (3 rd Amendment and Extension)” of the municipality of Mühlhausen in Kraichgau, which was transformed after INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.针对克莱希高地区米尔豪森市《莱门-埃克（第三次修订与扩展）》开发规划方案的Web地图服务（WMS），该服务依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成适配转换，其数据源为版本5.0的XPlanung数据集。
