Travel and Holiday Survey, January 2006

Travel and Holiday Survey is a continuance of Statistics Norway's Omnibus Survey (1992-2004). Data has been gathered through four projects per year. The main goal of the survey is to map out Norwegians' travel habits, as well as to gather other official statistics. This means that the Travel and Holiday Survey also captures other themes than travel. You can see an overview of the various themes that are included in the second quarter below.

- Travel with at least one overnight stop
- Smoking and smoking habits
- Wood heating
- Family relations and cohabitation
- Vacation trips with at least 4 over-night stays
- Library usage

This file is the person file. Two supplementary files are also available, one of whom deals with short-term travels and the other with vacations of a longer durance.
