To study the function of CRYBB2, we overexpressed CRYBB2 in breast cancer cell lines using lentiviral vectors and investigated transcriptomic changes using Agilent 4x44K microarrays. DCIS.COM or MCF10AT1 cells were transduced with either control or CRYBB2 lentiviral vectors. RNA was extracted and sent for microarray analysis. Resulting files extracted using the Agilent Feature Extraction software were imported into R, quantile normalized, and ComBat batch correted.
