Survey Dataset and Supplementary Materials – Need Satisfaction of Romanian Civil Servants (N = 872)

This archive contains the anonymized dataset and supplementary materials related to the study "Gender and Work Zone Effects on Need Satisfaction Among Romanian Civil Servants: A Maslowian Perspective". The data were collected from 872 Romanian civil servants employed across central and local public administration institutions. The dataset includes composite scores for five categories of needs (Physiological, Safety, Belonging, Esteem, Self-Actualization), derived from validated Likert-scale items. Additional documentation includes a codebook with variable explanations and summary statistics. This dataset supports analyses presented in the article, including two-way ANOVA and regression models evaluating the interaction between gender and work zone (urban vs. rural).
