Data includes liver tissue gene expression, protein abundance, and genotypes from 192 Diversity Outbred (DO) mice and 116 Collaborative Cross mice; kidney tissue gene expression and genotypes from 188 DO mice; and gene expression and chromatin accessibility from 63 human Lymphoblastoid Cell Lines.
