资源简介:
This dataset originates from a study that combines network pharmacology, bioinformatics, and clinical data mining, aiming to systematically reveal the comprehensive molecular mechanisms by which green tea polyphenols interfere with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer through targeting the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Core content includes: Key targets: Including potential core target genes of green tea polyphenols acting on colorectal cancer such as NFKB1, CD4, ESR1, XIAP, etc. Mechanisms and pathways: Analysis of signal pathways enriched with target genes, particularly their association with pathways like RTK. Clinical Prognostic Value: Association Analysis between Target Gene Expression and Survival Prognosis in Colorectal Cancer Patients. Genome Variation Map: Gene Mutations, Amplifications, and Deletions in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma and Rectal Adenocarcinoma. Tumor Immune Microenvironment: Correlation between Target Gene Expression and Immune Infiltration Score as well as Abundance of Various Immune Cells. Treatment Response Prediction: Target Gene's Ability to Distinguish Responses in Immune Therapy (Anti-PD-1/PD-L1) Cohorts and Drug Sensitivity Analysis. Data Value and Applications: This dataset provides multidimensional evidence chains for understanding the anticancer mechanisms of green tea polyphenols. The identified group of target genes not only holds promise as novel biomarkers for colorectal cancer but can also be used to assess patient prognosis, predict the efficacy of immunotherapy, and provide important data support and theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment strategy development, and new drug research of colorectal cancer.
