Background:This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Combined Dexmedetomidine and Ulinastatin Enhance Intestinal Barrier Preservation in Colorectal Surgery: A Randomized Controlled Trial," submitted to Advances in Clinical and Experimental Medicine.
