VPRS 11250 Record of Committee Business

This record series contains the following information:- a record of business submitted to the particular committee for consideration at its meeting- a record of the decision taken for each item of business.In effect, the information contained in these records represents a summarised account of the information to be found in the Committee Minutes [VPRS 7987-7991]. Where these records differ most from the minutes is in relation to financial information. These records include a more detailed description of accounts recommended for payment by the particular committee. In relation to the Finance, Legislative and Lands Committee, the cash statement presented to the meeting is more detailed than that which is contained in the Minutes for that Committee.
