资源简介:
The lateral hypothalamus (LH) is a highly heterogenous brain region regulating hunger and motivated behaviours. In zebrafish, the LH exhibits distinct neural activity across hunger, feeding and satiety staes. In this study, we have generated a zebrafish LH transcriptomic dataset to profile cellular diversity and molecular signatures underlying feeding behaviour. Overall design: High throuput single cell RNAsequencing dataset of lateral hypothalamus from 7dpf larval zebrafish from two treatment groups (50 fish per group): "Food deprived" (for four hours) and "Voracious feeding" (food-deprived for four hours and then supplied with paramecia, which correlates with enhanced hunting and feeding.
