China's low-latitude regions are located in the northern hump area of the ionospheric equatorial anomaly, where ionospheric scintillation occurs frequently. Ionospheric scintillation has a significant impact on radio signals in bands such as UHF/VHF, L, and S, which may lead to degradation in satellite communication quality and errors in satellite navigation and positioning. This dataset contains GNSS ionospheric scintillation data of three stations (Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Nanning) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Space Environment Monitoring Network in 2024. Dual-frequency GNSS receivers were used to monitor signals from the B1 frequency of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System and the L1 frequency of the GPS system, and ionospheric scintillation indices were extracted. The three stations have close geomagnetic latitudes but form a certain span in longitude. The  time period of observation falls in the solar maximum of the 25th solar cycle, making the dataset applicable to research on the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of solar activity, geomagnetic activity, and ionospheric scintillation phenomena. It can also provide data support for applications such as satellite navigation and positioning.
