Gene annotation for Carinascincus ocellatus

This .gtf file is the genome annotation for the Carinascincus ocellatus chromosome-level assembly (accession number: GCA_965280105.1). Annotation was perfomed with BRAKER3 (v3.0.8). We used the OrthoDB v11 vertebrata protein database and a subset of 50 million RNAseq read pairs from C. ocellatus (male and female brain, gonads and liver) mapped to the genome using STAR (v2.7.11) for training. The file is the augustus.hints.gtf produce by Braker3.
