Research Data supporting "Modelling human gut-microbiome interactions in a 3D bioelectronic platform"

Data from impedance analysis, matlab code and images. The impedance analysis is complex impedance traces taken using a potentiostat. Each file corresponds to a figure in the published paper. Mat lab scripts are included for extracting parameters such as resistance. There is another excel file which has the data from the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) experiments. The images are confocal microscopy images of cells within devices, showing biomarkers such as tight junction proteins.
