PremiR-29c and REST siRNA treatment restored post-ischemic levels of miR-29c.

The PC12 cells were incubated with the premiRs or siRNAs for 12 h and then subjected to OGD for 6 h followed by incubation under normoxic/normoglycemic conditions for 24 h. The miR-29c levels were estimated with real-time PCR. The values are given as fold change over the normoxic/normoglycemic control group.
