This prospective study was conducted at the Jinan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, Jinan, China, from January 2021 to May 2023. The characteristics of all the participants were collected, and their pelvic floor function was tested by electromyography (EMG) at 6-8 weeks postpartum. Participants also completed the questionnaires. Diagnostic criteria: Patients with urinary discharge when sneezing, coughing, laughing, or lifting heavy objects were classified as having symptoms of stress incontinence with urinary tract infection ruled out ≥3 times during the 42-day postpartum visit.本前瞻性研究于2021年1月至2023年5月在中国济南市妇幼保健院开展。研究收集了所有受试对象的基线特征，并于产后6~8周采用肌电图（electromyography, EMG）检测其盆底功能，所有受试者同时完成了相关问卷调查。诊断标准如下：在产后42天随访期间，出现打喷嚏、咳嗽、大笑或抬举重物时尿液漏出症状，且经排查排除尿路感染，该症状累计发作≥3次的患者，被归类为压力性尿失禁症状患者。
