The fp_ks_script.sh file contains codes of fastp for pre-processing the raw sequence data and kallisto to calculate the expression values of each sample. The TPM_script.sh file contains commands for constructing transcriptome TPM matrix files from the kallisto output files. "script_r.sh" is a file for performing hierarchical clustering analysis.
