Somatic mutation analysis of oxidative stress-induced intestinal tumors in Mutyh deficient mice

The samples derived from small intestinal tumors and neighboring normal tissue, and heart tissue of the same mouse. Mice lack Mutyh genes, orally administrated potassium bromate (oxidized reagent)-containing water for 16 wks. Illumina HiSeq 2000 paired end sequencing; SureSelect Mouse All Exon kit used for target capture.
