RicePilaf Dataset

Dataset for RicePilaf. RicePilaf is short for Rice Post-GWAS/QTL Analysis dashboard. Ok, so we are not great at acronyms; but like a flavorful rice pilaf that combines many ingredients, this RicePilaf combines information from multiple rice databases to provide insights into your QTL/GWAS loci. More details can be found in our paper "RicePilaf: a post-GWAS/QTL dashboard to integrate pangenomic, coexpression, regulatory, epigenomic, ontology, pathway, and text-mining information to provide functional insights into rice QTLs and GWAS loci," published in GigaScience.
